Okay, how do we get you your stuff?

• lowlife.com will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know.
• All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays etc).
• Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48-hour) services, providing orders are placed before 15:00 hours (Mon-Fri).
• All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent Monday.
• Larger items may be subject to additional delivery costs depending on shipping location. We reserve the right to contact customers after orders have been placed to inform them of any delivery cost increase.

Please note, we are not shipping any orders to Spain at the moment due to issues with customs. Once this has been resolved, shipping to Spain will resume.
