Okay, how do we get you your stuff?

  • lowlife.com will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know.

  • All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

  • Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48-hour) services to the UK, providing orders are placed before 15:00 hours (Mon-Fri).

  • All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent Monday.

  • Orders for delivery to the EU are shipped using DHL and can take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

  • Orders outside the EU can take up to 3 weeks for delivery based on your country’s postal system.
