European Union Shipping delays

Due to a recent and ongoing issue regarding IOSS numbers for some companies, we are holding back shipments due to be delivered within the European Union (EU) until this has been resolved.

IOSS is a scheme which allows UK retailers to ship orders under 150 euros within the EU, without any additional tax due to the end customer. Taxes are paid at the point of purchase and an IOSS number is declared on the customs declaration to allow quick delivery and no additional charges. Each retailer has a unique IOSS number.

Unfortunately, there is currently an issue with IOSS numbers with our current tax compliance firm, which is affecting multiple businesses in the UK. This results in customs clearance being made ignoring the IOSS number, thus charging a customs fee to you when it should not be due.
